today the day that the Big East has to announce the new members of the league if they hope to use Houston and Boise State's 2011 records in the BSC formula for determining AQ status? Maybe Marinatto has been so busy following the SEC-BE Challenge and Providence's efforts to keep WVU from bolting early that he has forgotten?

Well, he's probably OK as long as they are signed up. Not sure he has to announce it to the public, just the BCS committee.
