We've gone from a super paranoid Head Coach who appeared to hate message boards and social media, to a young vibrant coach who is using social media to create a buzz around he program.

Its really remarkable.

What seems to be amazing is we had Doug with all his folders, but learned on the job because he had a lot of Pro Experience. Now we have Scott who has been a college coach, and it appears from how he is assembling his staff he had these guys in mind for a long time.
