Pitt is coming into the dome and won at Arkansas barely lost at iowa, if they beat Virginia tech and Georgia tech before getting us we could get some extra style points there. As would beating pitt by 14 or more points in that scenario.

Virginia is going to most likely be 1-4 when we go to play them on the road in 3 weeks, they will be hungry.

The missed fg at the end of the half against lsu could have led to that on sides kick being a one possession game. for what its worth.

If Cuse and Pitt both take care of Buisness with one loss then a Pitt #24 at Syracuse #25 matchup would look good on paper for hype.

Just think who is voting on this. Either coaches who I guarantee don't watch any games, or writers. Our perception is still the equivalent of soap scum so we would have to do something drastic like upset FSU to get anybody's attention. I'm more worried about splitting 1 of the next 2 road games, and beating Pitt at home before the FSU game, than I am of cracking a meaningless top 25 (although it would be pretty cool).
