Amazing job, Rutgers #40 having their revenue exactly equaling their expenses. What does 'total allocated' mean? Is this some type of subsidization and they really overspent by $28 million? Doesn't make much sense as presented.

This is why I said to laugh at. So many schools spend money to make it seem like they're barely turning a profit. This is the episode from 'The Office' where they have a surplus but in real life.
