I still have this crazy idea in the back of my head that a way for the NCAA to counter the early migration of talent to the NBA would be to allow players who hadn't used up their eligiblity or gotten their degree to come back to school, get the degree and play for the college team even if they had played pro ball. That way guys who went too early and enedded to work on their games could come back, get better and get ready for another try at pro ball. meanwhile, the colleges could get some of their talent back for a while and the players involved could advise their younger teamamtes on what it takes and if they are ready yet.
If we all lived in Mayberry, this might be allowed
