as cameras are focused on him at the scorers table preparing to come on to the court for opening tip. by the end of her segment, she all of a sudden and out of nowhere says its great news he is playing because the backup is out today. it was truly the most bizarre thing I've seen on live sports tv since shelly smith at the 2008 final 4

she just said some weird "blah blah blah" type thing when she lost her spot. Iirc she thought she was taping something - then realized she was live. and had to do the remainder of the segment knowing that she just screwed it up on live TV.
