Transfer/Defection scoreboard?

The media seems to be pumping the notion that PSU will lose precious few of their current players to transfer. But it pretty quiet on how many 2012 recruits or 2013 verbals/prospects PSU may have lost or are likely to lose.
Anyone know of a website that is tracking transfers/defections from these three groups of PSU players/prospects?
