Refs must have ruled that clock expired before anything else. Clock expires = no play, no basket, no foul. Pretty much screwed every which way.

Yes, he was. It was quite clear.

He got fouled before the shot clock went off. He should get two shots. If you get fouled before the shot clock goes off the play should go on. What happens if you get fouled anywhere on the court before the horn? You shoot the foul shots.
