Triche

Triche is one of my favorite 'Cuse players of all time. Under-rated, or at least under-stated. Just was a winner. I was at the Michigan FF game in Atlanta in 2013. That charge call was iffy. 121-26 in his four years. A golden era of 'Cuse hoops. Sigh.

Eh I don't know. I think until his injury Triche was as explosive and athletic as any guard we have had. Strong too. Great here but always thought there was a top end he didn't reach a lot.
That’s kind of my point. He never really exploded and took over like we expected. He was just usually pretty steady.

Twice the player Starling is. It’s not even close and people here think JJ is good. Easily would be the best player on any team the past 6 or 7 years.

both Triches's were good players here. but there were better players on the bench behind both.

Those years were so good. He was Mr. Steady, emotionally and his play. As others have said, we would die for a guard of his caliber.

Deserves a place on Mount Rushmore of Cuse PGs
Mount Rushmore only has four faces, so I do not think Triche makes the cut. Bing, Pearl, Douglas are automatic. For a fourth, I might go with Flynn, even though he only played two seasons. I would also rank Autry ahead of Triche. GMac technically played a lot of PG, but I don't really think of him that way.

The defense in DC in 2013, Sweet 16 and Elite 8 games with Triche and MCW out up top, was some of the best defense I've ever seen us play.
Only rivaled by Cooney, Gbinije and Malachi in 2016.

Ugh 100% have to add Josh Hart to the list.

True also very good and a really fun run.

But man, 2013 to be sitting there watching it. Played the #1 and #3 seeds and gave up 89 points combined in the two games.

We're not even playing the same sport now.
