some of you may remember Little Syracuse fan from Atlanta in 2013 who was severely injured who got to meet the team with his big Syracuse fan dad.

Unfortunately Tripp died unexpectedly today. Heartbreaking.

I saw several of my Georgia friends posting about that on Facebook and I knew there was some connection where I had become familiar with the story, but forgot his dad was a Syracuse fan. Just terribly sad.

So sad and such a shock. Had followed Tripp’s story for years. His parents are such special people.
