My reaction that post which was deleted.

Gotta like our RBs next year. Tucker, Hough, Lutz and then Jordan in certain packages.

Tucker will be #1. Really the only option. I like Lutz a lot as well to work in. Jordan a 5-10 touch guy... that are NOT dives up the middle. We’ve built him up on this board. Yes he has speed and yes some nice plays but I think he’s incredibly overhyped. He has a spot in the o but it’s not a 20 touch role. Tucker has that ability. We need him to stay healthy as he runs violently.

in my dream scenario, Tucker is the bellcow. JJ moves to the slot. Lutz gets secondary back duties. Hough takes on the Jarveon role in the second half.
Yes please.

Lutz has to be in the mix somewhere.
I completely agree. Tucker is #1 but lutz needs more carries. DB does not go to others much except for his starters. Learning from JB. Needs to be more like his D coordinator in using personnel.

I'm warming up to Jordan in the slot, but I want him catching like 7 passes a game if that happens.

they can go anywhere they as long as it’s not here. They quite on the team.

Who cares. They quit on their teammates.

This is goddamn ridiculous. They didn't quit on the team, they decided not to play in the middle of a global pandemic that has potentially serious long-term effects on the respiratory system. They're 20 year olds, they don't get paid, and they haven't earned your scorn because they decided not to play under these conditions.

I see Jordan and Lutz having the same role, which is a wing/slot player who moves around the formation gets the ball in space and on misdirection plays

Always thought there was more to the story than just a COVID opt out, but I don't know if anyone really came out and said it. Some dancing around it. Dino runs a pretty airtight ship.

It would still be prudent to add one more RB this class just from a numbers standpoint. Loving Tucker...Lutz plays hard and again is very good with blocking...Hough has done well at high school, we will see if he has Jerome Bettis in him at the college level.

That’s your opinion and my guess the players that bled all season don’t share your outlook

In a normal year I think Tucker redshirts, they see him giving the defense fits on the scout team, and they give him reps with the first team in the spring. Maybe after looking good on the scout team they even work him into a few games toward the end of the year like they did with Jordan last year.

I’m assuming that those who feel that Howard and Adams quit on the team feel the same way about DL Cooper Dawson as well?

I think most are just upset with Adams.
Howard wants to closer to home and is transferring.
Dawson opted out super early, most likely wasn’t going to play, coming off a knee injury.
End of the day it’s up to the kids and I personally don’t lose sleep over choices these kids make.
