Is there a tailgate for the Tulane game?

At the last minute, my friend has to work this weekend but I would like to go. It would be nice to meet up and talk football with some true Orange fans. I understand that it is a 12:30 game so perhaps you are sleeping in. Maybe I missed the thread so apologies if this is the case.
