Tweets are no longer fitting the screen on mobile

Just started to happen today. Embedded tweets are twice as wide as my screen (and the rest of the page).

I contacted the author of the media embed addon, and uploaded his patch. This will always be a two steps toward, one step back issue. Whenever one change is made, something else goes wrong for someone.
