Two annoying stats...re: KJo and Alley-oops

I have been keeping a tote board of these two items, as they have been driving me insane. Since the start of last season:

1. KJo has committed 33 charges. We should probably hide this stat from NBA scouts. He clearly is just too slow and methodical going to the hoop. And thats just at the college level. Imagine at the next level?

2. We have converted 19-64 of alley-oop passes. 14 of the blown alley-oops resulted in turnovers out of bounds. Among the blown lob passes, we were able to get the rebound and convert in a 2nd chance off of them only twice. Lets just not throw these anymore. Maybe we can try again when Scoop has left campus.

You're're right on both fronts.

That really is the one weakness in KJ's game. The problem isn't just that he's getting called for offensive fouls. If you attack the glass, you're going to get called. The problem is that many of the charges aren't even close. Like the one on Gage
(I think it was) late in the game.

And we do force too many alley oops.
