Two punts

Two punts probably sealed Dino’s fate.

Putting in the backup walk on punter to kick the ball sideways into the stands and then punting down two scores with 5 mins left.

I started to question Dino after the Pitt game a couple of years ago when he kept all of the timeouts and they just ran out the clock to win the game. That was like quitting and so was not going for it on 4th and 10. Wasn’t he the guy that came in and said we might not ever punt?

I figured Williams was hurt or something but then he was in next series. The announcers seemed confused. But they seemed confused the whole game…

In his presser XHCdb said that they were trying to execute a specific punt and that in practices the one punter was much more effective than the starter. Coach did not mention whether kicking it 6 yards a head and directly into the stands was the designed play. I would think it was not, but with this team i have no idea.

A specific punt? That could be the stupidest excuse I’ve ever heard. We were around midfield on our side. It’s not like he could coffin corner it or something

Our head coach is an idiot!! Let’s take out the 5 star punter and put in the grad transfer lacrosse player to punt inside our 10 yard line. #FireDino

when you've watched a QB intentionally spike the the ball on 4th down , yeah i guess you got some questions about the coaching acumen and preparation . i'm just too baffled to be surprised by anything anymore. let's get em next week.myself i'd like to see more of the back up. it's albany not alabama !
