If this was a film and not an interview, I would have had a distinct feeling that the person on camera was supposed to feel cornered. He certainly did in the video. Every person walking down that high school hallway was watching him. Or at least his high school mind believes that.
Recently I re-watched my wedding video. My brother was terrified when he gave his speech. He had to give multiple speaking engagements to fulfill his degree, yet still felt uncomfortable. I can't imagine a young kid being cornered in a hall with a camera being much better off than my lil bro in front of 250 people!
Yet, Ennis gave good remarks, he already seems better media trained than many kids we have seen in the past.
