One thing Lydon had going for him from a young age that many others didn't was a mother who played college hoops and helped him work on his stroke.  Apparently she was a good coach.  Maybe she can be the 2nd female on the staff and fill the vacuum that's been present since Bernie Fine was unceremoniously forced out the door?
