Is it time Warner or Verizon's asleep at the switch?

We got signal at 12:34. And it's useless to call FIOS customer service, because it is a national help desk.

On top of that, listening to WAER, their signal cut in and out throughout the first 30 minutes, being interrupted by the song "Witchcraft" by Sinatra. Somebody in their control booth has some sense of humor (and is obviously not a basketball fan).
