It feels like every single coach that goes there does the same thing...gets a 5-6 run. Goes 10-2 once. Maybe twice. Mostly goes 7-6 or something. Goes 4-8 or something once, and is gone. Next guy comes in and does the exact same thing.

So you expect them to move on from Chip Kelly after a half season? Give him 2-3 years and they will be relevant.
