College Game Day hit the nail on the head. With the uncertain head coach situation and the post season ban every player is out for himself. Players either have to try to get drafted or try to transfer into another college. Team spirit is dead. Losing only adds to the dissension.

I hope Napier fires away all night long. He wants to be the team leader but he is not a good decision maker.
