I never liked Angeli being the starter at the beginning of the season after coming in so late when Collins had a very good shot to start at LSU.

Collins was not starting at LSU unless multiple QBs got hurt.

The defense has been poor. But it has not been THAT bad in a way. They have forced some punts.

Some of the punts have been forced by errant throws and penalties. This defense has been garbage. The offense has been equally garbage though.

My hunch is that Nixon has bent himself around the axle trying to find the right “matchup” or look for Willis. Instead of just imposing our will. Of course with this OL that may be impossible.

I think it's 75-25 McCord. He was incredible passing the ball last year. We were in games specifically because the defense couldn't stop him on offense.

You do not find experienced top P2 QBs coming from a top team in the portal. McCord was a unicorn.
