So honest question... How much of last years success was not only McCord's play but also his on-field coaching? Who was really holding these guys to the high standards and calling plays?

Can't discount the WR play either. McCord threw the ball high quite a bit but the WR's always caught them. Agnelia is too but the WR's aren't catching them.
