Not to beat a dead horse but unless you are a 4 TD underdog, ALWAYS take the points in the first half. Fortunately it didn't end up biting us.

Weird game. The D was the bigger issue the first 35 mins of the game. Then the O was a crap show the next 20 mins while the D played well. The O woke up for the rest of the game and the D couldn’t hold the lead, Thankfully both played well in OT.

You should never need trickery on 4th and 1 against UConn.

I think we didn't want them to sub and were more concerned about safely getting the TD to go ahead, so we rushed to the line and didn't stall once we were set.

In hindsight (and at the moment) it did seem like we could have burned a little more clock without much risk.

Where it's nice to be able to score with little to no time on the clock, the first priority that late in the game HAS to be to score and take the lead whenever you can.

Yeah, I won't disagree with that, and at the time felt it was important enough to get the lead given how the game went that I didn't have a problem with not burning a little more clock, even though we could have.

Angeli with 50+ pass attempts is not going to be a recipe for success based on where his skill level is at. Need way more balance on O.

McDonald once again getting burned multiple times. Need to upgrade there or figure out ways to hide him.

I, for one, have never said a bad word about Angeli. Not even once. Not even after he threw the interception. Nope. Never, ever, ever, ever.

I CERTAINLY didn’t take my beagle’s face in my hands and exclaim that Angeli sucks. That didn’t happen, and anyone who says it happened is a liar.

Simmons had the ball loosely in his hands over the goal line, but he really didn’t seem to secure it until he went to the ground outside the end zone.

Did the ref think he had possession past the goal line, even though the ball was definitely wobbly after that?

That plus call on the field was TD, had to be clear to overturn which it wasn't.
