When a play starts breaking down and I’m yelling, ‘Bring it out, bring it out,’ and Boat or Jeremy takes a shot, that just shows that I’m not a leader. It sucks, because we lose games like that. But I try my best. I’m just a human being, I try to do my best in helping my teammates out. If they don’t want me to do it, that’s on them, but I’m still going to be scratching and trying to do it, because I hate losing.

Losing always seems to deepen the cracks of a fragile team, just as winning always seems to bond the potential cracks together.

Napier sounds whiny. That kid plays dumber than Scoop ever has and he thinks his teammates should listen to him because...I don't think he realized that leadership is earned and not passed out.

Kills me that this program won another NC last year.

Is anyone watching the game? Calhoun just got in the face of one of his players at midcourt and went off on him. Raftery didn't seem to like it...just kept saying "that's tough"

Yep I saw it. Hope he had a breath mint in his mouth.

Was hilarious when McDonough said that Raf was used to his players doing that to him when he coached. Raf responded that to keep order he told to guys to make a line or something of that sort.

Calhoun, like Bob Knight before him, is the classic bully coach - to his players, the refs, the press, other coaches. really can't stand him at all.
