UMHoops.com rates Michigan 10th out of 14 teams, only ahead of annual cellar dwellers Northwestern, Penn State, Rutgers and a struggling Nebraska team. And Michigan will probably lose to the cellar dwellers at least once and drop even further in the BIG power ratings.
