Unable to renew ST online

This is the second year in a row where I've tried to renew online and cannot. If I try to do it on a mobile, it won't load. When I do it on a desktop, I go through the process but it won't submit.

Not a huge deal I'll just have to call my rep but it's odd that this has happened two years in a row.

I’ve had that happen a couple of times, especially with parking renewals. Sometimes there are a couple of little boxes you have to click before it will go through.
