Unacceptable

The last three games are all about collapse of the offense.
Due to the collapse of the OLine.
It is this program’s Achilles heal. Likely always will be.

I think Schmidt is a good coach. This group is not his best effort. He needs to get his own kids in there.

And the wide receiver room needs a lot of help.

Lastly, in 30 years, we’ve had one above grade TE: Provo. For two seasons.

As badly as we played we had the ball at the end of the game to tie. What gets me is the defense is playing their hearts out in the 4th. Got the offense the ball multiple times but then you see a shot of the Syracuse sidelines and the offense right before getting the ball back with the chance to tie and they all looked despondent and like the game was over. Tucker sitting there like he couldn’t care less cause he was t getting his. With all the upperclassmen on the OL, or hell even a coach, you would think someone would br there trying to fire them up

Yeah our offense was bad but i want to see turnover with our conditioning staff.
I wonder if a lack of nutrition staff is a major factor in our struggles? Hopefully we can improve that area this offseason

That’s unfair to Tucker; his expression doesn’t change much whatever happens.

Instead of dropping money on a five star hoops high school kid, $300k on three top end OL transfers would have a much bigger impact.
1) he doesn’t care about football
2) he probably doesn’t care more than average fan about the teams in general.

Does he enjoy watching sports? I am sure, does he hold ill will toward the players? Of course not! But I really doubt he has gone into this with the intention of making the teams great, it’s about the self promotion he can earn and it just happens to come with the rider of potentially being labeled as a reason for success.

Now, I am not criticizing him, I am just trying to save people from wasting their time pretending these “spreading the cash” thoughts haven’t come to him.

Edit- rereading I may have assumed who you were talking about incorrectly.

We need to be like the Oakland A’s during Moneyball. Find the undervalued positions and target them with Weitsman’s NIL donation.

I mean we started this year with less people on our nutrition staff than UB has.

That said, overhaul the the trainers/fill conditioning staff
Hey, we did not lose this game because of nutrition. Okay? We got whooped physically. And it starts at the center position, which has been another program bugaboo since Mackey left.

We’re overmatched physically in most p5 games. Theres no reason why we shouldn’t hold our strength and conditioning staffs to higher standards. We’re not bringing in shafer sized recruits. Not everyone’s better off 20 lb under playing weight like Linton.

Makes me wonder if Tucker is playing "not to get injured" rather than to win. I do not recognize the 2022 version of #34. Is he hurt...or playing for the scouts?

He says he is giving a million to each program. It's not either or. And for hoop, I would rather have 4 250k guys than 1 one million dollar guy.
Give Edwards and Shrader money to return

Don’t know whether him going for records in the 2nd half vs Wagner told me more about him or the staff. Or both.

Something is up. I don’t think we use him to his strength which is using his speed to get off tackle, but 30 Carries in the last 3 games all that were losses tells me something doesn’t add up?

Why, the million dollar guy was the only way SU hoops has won a National championship.
One, I don't think a million gets that guy now. It takes a lot more to get the #1 guy. I think

Melo wasn’t the number one guy. You might be right about a mill not being enough though.
