Unacceptable

The bottom line is it appears that he's avoiding contact. Last year he ran through initial contact.
Interesting. I don’t see it like that at all. Especially when contact is like guaranteed considering how awful the blocking is inside.

I wonder if a lack of nutrition staff is a major factor in our struggles? Hopefully we can improve that area this offseason
I'm not sure that will keep tendons, and ligaments from tearing. I think that more in S&C.

To my eye he definitely appears more tentative and is less explosive vertically. His successful runs this year tends to be when he gets around the edge. Last year he ran through the interior regularly. He just doesn't explode through gaps the same way this year.

Makes me wonder if Tucker is playing "not to get injured" rather than to win. I do not recognize the 2022 version of #34. Is he hurt...or playing for the scouts?
I can't imagine he's playing for the scouts seeing his production. He's obviously hurt, and I don't understand why that's questioned. Just look at his tape last year. His lateral movement and quickness was next level. His ability to get the edge, and plant his outside foot and get upfield last year was something to behold. His top end speed was blazing fast. This year, he lacks any semblance of that lateral movement, doesn't seem fast enough to get the edge, and when he does, he isn't planting his outside foot to get upfield...rather he's taking a series of small stutter steps to get upfield. This screams ankle injury. The only time we've seen a long enough play to compare his top end speed to last year's was against Louisville. He had it then, but who knows now.

That’s unfair to Tucker; his expression doesn’t change much whatever happens.
I can confirm this.

This was a game I was really wary about. Pitt lost to UNC, but they led most of the game till the phenom QB Maye bought the the Tarheels back. So i knew that if they took a lead, we would have issues coming back since their defense is pretty good.
I was hoping CDRW would break out, but i don’t trust the OL one bit, and the D is barely hanging on w/ all the injuries and whatnot.
It pretty much played out like I thought…unfortunately.

Is the s&c still Edinger? We have the same issues every single year

That’s the guy with the sharpie tattoos on his knuckles that’s DB’s right hand man? If so, then yes. He’s never going anywhere.

What nutritional tweaks prevent knee injuries?
It would help our athletes gain muscle among other things so we aren’t sore and exhausted so much at the end of every season

We just have not brought in enough talent on offense, the line is crappy, we have one reliable receiver, Tucker is amazing but hurt, black hole at tight end(sorry OG2 isn’t a TE). We have recruited really well on D and that side, even being decimated by injuries and even getting pushed around by much bigger OLs, still hangs in there. Depth is the name of the game and we just aren’t close to having it on offense. Looking forward to GS coming back but even if we have him for the last 3 games I don’t think we win more than BC

I love when people suggest how other people should spend his money. Cmon man…
Not to mention he’s doing this to advertise his social media and crypto deal. OLineman and the 6 through 9 guys on the b-ball bench don’t tend to move the needle

Something is up. I don’t think we use him to his strength which is using his speed to get off tackle, but 30 Carries in the last 3 games all that were losses tells me something doesn’t add up?
He’s been injured since Louisville. In hindsight he coukdve sat out a few weeks and then it’s debatable if we’d still get to 6-0.

Instead he keeps trying to play through it and aggravated whatever he had going on, plus getting more dinged up along the way.

It’s all a shame. A healthy Tucker and a healthy Shrader are a tough combo. Too bad we never had both this year.

But I’m equally puzzled at the people who are completely unaware of their health issues. Even last week some fans kept buying into the decoy conspiracy. SMH.

He is two steps slower and cant cut like last year. Thats what happens when you're hurt.

With every game his draft stock drops. At this rate, he might not get drafted. UDFA is looking more like it.

His lower left leg, ankle has all kind of wraps and tape. He is injured and playing at 75%.

Everyone should have been wary. We’ve lost to them like 262827 times the last two decades!!!
