I used NordVPN and YouTube TV to watch games from Italy last year. We lost. And it sucked drinking shitty Italian beer and watching us lose but I opened our windows afterwards for an amazing view of Rome so it was OK

Ha I can relate, When we upset VaTech ( The 1st Dino Locker Room Speech) I was at a roof top dinner party with my wife’s relatives in Spadafora Sicily Italy. I’m checking my phone every two minutes instead of enjoying this incredible atmosphere ( and food) What a fool I am .

That’s just cruel. A ploughmans lunch is about the best I had in Ireland. I did order spaghetti there at the end of my trip figuring “everything else was awful this couldn’t be any worse” and that’s when I learned they might be cooking the pasta with dish soap.

Hold your tongue. Italian beers are pretty darn good. Peroni is one of my favorite go to beers. Very tasty, well balanced and easy drinking. But nothing wrong with drinking some vino AND some Peroni.

I can't believe it, but I'm going to miss this game.

My wife and I are going to Copenhagen for a few days. I wanted to leave on Sunday so as to not mess with my CFB Saturday, but the ticket was like $500 cheaper on Saturday, so I caved.

Please Scandanavian Airlines just have good Wifi, don't let me down.

Reminds me of running all over hell in London looking for the SU/Va. Tech game in 2003. Luckily I never got to see us get smacked 51-7 in Blacksburg.

I was with my (now) wife's family staying at a villa in Tuscany in 2018 watching us play Western Michigan after everyone had gone to bed. I had far too many glasses of wine that night. I drank another half a bottle because Dungey had to come back in off the bench.

As far as beer in Italy, I did have some good craft beers in the Trastevere neighborhood of Rome on that trip.

Yeah, I would watch but I’ll be on a yacht near the Galápagos Islands. Drinking….Ecuadorian beer. Even if somehow I could get the game, the glare of the sun would probably make the picture substandard. Damn, this really sucks so much.
