The era when we were so bad that we couldn’t even try to return punts and just needed a guy who could catch them. SMH.Bruce Williams
Agreed, Pat Woodcock would have been high up there on those teams as well. All those '90s-era receivers are underrated. Jackson, Lowe, Daniel, Maddox, Turner (though his hands weren't the best, IIRC), Wilson, all those guys would've been #1 receivers on most of Marrone and Shafer's teams in the modern era.
Knew he was running option no threat to pass, but so guick it usually worked.doug womack
And he did the leap over a defender into the endzone back before it didn't win you a Heisman (cough, cough, Lamar Jackson).Knew he was running option no threat to pass, but so guick it usually worked.
I'll give you KyleMcIntosh brothers
I had a few interactions with Sant back in the day. He was a very funny guy.Sant Sikand
He married Heather Chase, one of the best field hockey players we had in the 90's. When they split, she dated Casey Powell until a couple years ago I think.Ok so I'm thinking how does a kicker be underappreciated but the guy kicked and punted and did great at both. Did it in the NFL also. Then he went to Johns Hopkins med school and became a surgeon. Not your typical career path. Good choice. Dr. Patrick J. O'Neill | Patrick J. O'Neill, MD
Been reading through and just waiting to post this name. Good call.Bruce Williams
We were lab partners in geology 101. Yes I took rocks for jocks because as a comm guy I had no interest at all in science lol.I had a few interactions with Sant back in the day. He was a very funny guy.
Keith Mitchell yes.Terry Wooden. Blake Bednarz, Keith Mitchell.
There was a guy named Kaminsky who was an absolute madman at wedge busting, maybe in the '90s.Best gunner in kickoff history. Fact.
Now there's a name from the past. Mid-70's?Chuck Chulada
