Under-the-radar upset: PSU over Wisconsin

Wisconsin was a 24.5 point favorite yesterday at home vs. PSU, and PSU won.

That result is shocking to me - I honestly thought Wisconsin was currently playing at as high of a level as anyone in college football. Their two losses prior were in that incredibly weird Arizona St. finish and by a touchdown at Ohio State.

NCAA shouldn't have restored any scholies to them though.
