Funny you say that - I was thinking the same. Wondering if he was setting him up, the guy just happened to have the video on the entire time and seemed to be baiting him. Living in the hood in Philly sure isn’t for the faint of heart but not a good look carrying a bat around. I know if I owed money for rent I wouldn't be calling out my landlord to confront him either.
