O'Neil is a good one. I remember Norton as a kickoff specialist in the 2010 or so range as a guy who generally nailed like 50% of his kicks as touchbacks, but agree ONeil was higher.

I believe Norton went on to play Lacrosse at Stony Brook after graduating from SU.

I thought I remember hearing on the radio (back when fewer games were televised) more than once that he nearly put it through the uprights.

So was I. Oneil routinely put them out the back of the endzone and came close to putting it through the uprights a few times.
