When I'm looking for a coach one thing I want is ...Did his players over achieve? Was it a job that anyone could do because the talent there is so deep? Did he get the most out of those players? When he was rattled did he adjust or cower? UConns new coach had a lot of talent at ND and recruiting at UConn is going to be a helluva lot more different/difficult and trying to sell a fading AAC football school is going to be tough. This was a balance tipping hire for the Huskies and if he fails, this could get very ugly for them.
