USC is a 3 point favorite over Utah

That is the most shocking spread of the year to me. I would have guessed something like Utah -8.5.

HFA is worth about 3 points. Vegas is saying on a neutral field this game would be a pick'em. This game goes one of 2 ways either USC will win a close game or Utah will blow out USC who was quit on its interim coach and after losing a rivalry game on the road last week.

Pac-12 games tend to favor the road team for some reason. I wouldn't bet on this game as Vegas knows what it is doing making the #4 team on the road an underdog against a 3-3 team. It is like when Syracuse was a 1.5 point underdog #10 undefeated Louisville in 2012. I was ALL OVER SU that day.

Don't touch this game unless you like USC outright.

i treat this like when you see something really weird and out of place on a menu - if something makes no sense at all, there's probably a good reason for it - order that and bet on USC
