The waiver thing is a joke. Here's how you get one.
1. Be a blue chip QB in HS (see Tate Martell, JT Daniels, Justin Fields too)
2. Have money to be able to lawyer up against the NCAA.
3. Transfer to another Football Factory
4. Don't play a position besides QB.

Is there a way for this to be publicized? The NCAA is embarrassing and don't even pretend to be fair. Does anyone know how to contact the National College Football writers by email? Would make a great article.

Georgia has actually had 2 QB transfer approved who transferred long after Bleich. The last one is a Cali kid who is transferring away from a California school to Georgia. I've tried to contact Dennis Dodd for an article, but it appears tough to get these guys email to contact them.
