Pitt used it ton last night.. now in the pros they announce it. Do they not have to do that in college?

also noticed that he didnt report to the ref every time he came in. Did the refs not care?

Adam Terry pointed out that on the flea-flicker they scored on the tackle was eligible but didn't report. No flag.
