It's because that guy pulled a Trob and got a technical when he hung on the rim. It led to 5 straight points. Stupid

Wow, USF really blew this.

That looked like an offensive foul. When they're trying to give the foul and you shove the defender away with your off arm that blatantly - they should probably call it. Wouldn't have mattered anyway, but still.
