Part of this is the idea that Tiffany is "the New Sheriff in Town" and some people apparently need to learn that the hard way.

I'm going to guess the staff feels some pressure to run a pretty tight ship in light of the bad publicity from the Huguely (sp) case.

That's the #1 thing that unfortunately always comes to mind. There were, smaller incidents that when put together bring a bad light on the program. Part of it is also Lars' increased emphasis on discipline on and off the field.
