It’s been a sad couple weeks here with the loss of SWC and Frankiefan. There are many other great posters we have lost over the years. Orangeyes, Igor, BocaDoug, Calicuse, Shark85, ORRange, and NYCSUGrad (Andrea). If there is anyone I have forgotten, please chime in.

I think it would be really great if we had a moment of silence for these great people and great SU fans.

This 4/4 at 4:44pm est, if everyone could take a moment and think of those we have lost it would be really great.

I will bump this as a reminder a couple times prior to 4/4.

I think a good way to honor SWC would be to have the admin's designate a poster to do an "honorary" Upside and Downside post after each basketball and football game through the anniversary of his departure. The designated poster can vary from game to game. Many will be able to participate including out of staters if the game is televised.

I mostly lurk and rarely post but I remember them all and they all contributed to the experience here and I miss them all for it. Count me in.

I think what is being discussed however is to have a rotation of people making these posts. A different person for each game.

No one person can replace Steve, but maybe if we all were together, we can continue one of his great traditions.
