Waiters & Fair Looked Like Freshmen Tonight

Exactly. Why do I feel like every other team hits those open free throw line jumpers with ease yet Fair bricks them more often than not. Otto Porter was automatic from there.

I have no idea. The zone usually works precisely because "every other team" (or most teams) don't have a Porter who can make that shot with any consistency.

This is a good point and one that people are completely obtuse about.

If 20 rebounds come your way and you grab nine of them, how is that a good performance? I'm not saying that C.J. was bad tonight, but telling us how many rebounds he grabbed is in no way indicative of how he played.

What are you saying then? I think it's obtuse that nobody would be ripping him if he made shots he usually makes; and Joseph would be the prime culprit for the rebounding woes if he didn't bust out of his shooting slump.

Fair looked very slow ,hesitant a lot. I Love the Guy but he and Southerland are finesse players.

This is where I don't understand how you fail to use the entire season to teach a 6'9", 225lb PF how to be in position for and how to go get rebounds. CJ is a solid player for what he does, but I'd rather see Christmas out there using his size to his the glass rather than seeing CJ use his creativity to hit the glass.

They both rebounded poorly. Both of them are slow to the ball and fail to get a ton of rebounds that are within arm's length.
