Wake played 3 QBs yesterday against Clemson. Their line was manhandled by Clemson as expected. Each one of the 3 completed a pass while scrambling and looking downfield.
We have not done that in 12 games with our QB. With our line, that seems like a necessary skill and we don’t have it. Our line is not great, but TD needs to improve his ability to scramble (or just step up and run instead of flushing outside).
Also, our previous QB coach was a recruiting disaster.
