Turn on the ivy league game with Cornell and Harvard! I’ve never seen the announcers be so over the top, but accurately, critical of the horrible refs and their calls. Cost and Cornell any chance of winning the game. So egregiously bad.
Edit: One of the many horrible calls screwing them, Cornell was trailing 17–10, then on D recovered a fumble after a good legit catch/reception by Harvard that was essentially returned for a touchdown that would have tied it making it a game.
The receiver made the catch then literally ran two or three steps while holding the ball, got hit and fumbled, and they called it an incomplete pass. Ridic. And then would not review it despite the protestations of the Cornell Coach going absolutely, but appropriately, bat shite crazy
Announcers were all over it saying essentially it ended the game the way it affected Cornell and their emotions basically them feeling helpless, translated to the performance on the field afterward.
This is what so often happens with us playing down south against mostly too often crappy and likely biased refs.
