Watched Wake Forest game last night...

...seeing them post something like 107 points against LSU, as well as San Francisco upset USC.

Re: the WF game--LSU isn't a very good team, but they have quality athletes. And while I think it was just one of those games--I certainly don't expect WF to shoot / score as much as they did last night--it was discouraging to see seemingly every other team run an effective offense, when ours looks inept.

We have quality athletes, too, who are being asked to do things they don't do well. The system, the system, the system seems to be all that matters. Dino ball, as Igor said over and over, on both sides of the ball should have been shelved long ago. Our five losses are against teams that know us well and kill it against the system. What's common to all the losses is putrid offense. Gee I wonder why...you can either blame the players for not playing well enough in the system. Or you can put the system aside and find ways to maximize what your players do well. Stop asking your lead off to hit home runs and your clean up to bunt. It's such a duh.
