All subject to my work schedule and how the schedule shakes out.

I'm liking right now:

1. A mini roadie to CMU with 40-60 tickets tickets, parking and tailgating will be easy n cheap.

2. Wake Forest already have convo with Group Sales guy...this right now is my leading Big Tailgate Road Game.
We can get good seats for between $20-30 each along with $8-10 parking. I can even build in some concession goodies with the ticket. The Group Sales Guy seems easy to work with. An added plus is a win here is more likely than most other ACC road games. Win > 60%

3. Clemson, BC, Pitt

Clemson can't commit until o/a July 10th and we will be way high in the last few rows on the north side. Great environment but parking and tailgating might be difficult and a win will be hard to come by (under 20%) On the plus side tickets for a group buy will only be $25 each or so.

Pitt a nice roadie but parking seems an issue...will look into it...Pitt has some advantages but right now not my #1 choice.

BC...Not crazy about a Thanksgiving time road trip to Boston...early/mid October and BC moves up. Tailgate will be at a restaurant.

Finally, we should have the links for Notre Dame at MetLife like the past two years. I'm going to bump by 50% the number of tickets they hold for us.

Pitt is a good road trip. Forget about parking at the stadium. Park at Station Square on the South Shore and take the Gateway Clipper to the game.Very easy access, lots of parking.

Yup if we do Pitt...that will be my solution. Probably to a pregame event at a restuarant. Pittsburgh is a fun city.

I'll bet you could get something going with one of the bar/restaurants there

There's also a whole bunch of places on the Southside just to the east on Carson Street.

Yup...Pitt is not out of the question...I can get free lodging with my sister so that is a plus. We'll have to wait until late Jan/early Feb when the schedule comes out.

Tailgating at Clemson for folks like us would be at a lot a bit off campus with a bus ride to the game.

Sameo. I can probably get a free room with my cousin.

You can also take the light rail to Heinz Field from the Square.

We already have roughly 40-50 from Auburn/Skaneateles going to Clemson. List is growing, too...

I would make that the Fine Mess Roadie for sure, just due to how enjoyable it would be for everyone to take in that experience.

Clemson... Enough said ill just find a tailgate to join

I think the tickets through SU might be better than going way up top in the last few rows...we'll make our final decision after the '14 schedule comes out.

Pitt is easy for me (I live here). Parking is the real problem though. There is going to be virtually nothing around the stadium next year. Station square is the best and easiest option. The clipper is a nice way to get to the game. I don't like Heinz field for college ball personally. If you think the dome looks empty, there's 30000 empty seats at all times for most Pitt games. Lacks atmosphere... Wake would be cool, I like the idea of having a real shot to win!

Yup...was there for a game in '06 when Mike Williams almost pulled out a win for us. MarcusPitt...you think we could pull off a tailgate in the outside Station Square Lots? Shut it down an hour before kickoff and head over on the ferry?

Without a doubt! Plenty of parking (not going to be a big game). An hour is right, considering you have to wait for the boats to fill, sail, then get into stadium. I've never had a problem here even for steeler games. The vibe will be similar to sky top parking I suppose (meaning your really not by stadium),but it's cool by the river, and station square has lots of things to do after game. A nice hotel on site as well, although you'll pay dearly for this luxury!

Poor Pitt. Game atmosphere there makes SU seem pretty good.
