If it was the tow driver, that'd be one thing. But this was just some poor woman doing her job. She didn't deserve to be the target.

Read the yelp reviews I linked earlier. Seems like everyone at that company gets their kicks out of getting people fired up.

Comments like this are just as much out of line as anything she said.

Amazed that people can't tell the footage is clearly edited, and all of the "poor, little clerk's" comments are cut off or left out entirely. Who knows what she was saying? Must've been bad if they edited it out.

Also, they reportedly shopped the footage around to try to get paid for it. Just another racket.

Really we are talking about someone taking out their frustration on a tow truck driver, come on man. Those people are the lowest of the low, even pond scum does not want to be associated with tow truck drivers. They enjoy getting people riled up. The city I worked for had a tow yard and I had to audit them and you get the feeling they are all thieves and hovering in that grey area between legal and illegal.

The other thing I would ask is what happened to the first part of the video where she came in and what that interaction was like.

This is a terrible generalization. I have a family member who makes a good living driving a tow truck. He is a good, honest man. Your comment is no better than the comments of the McHenry broad.

Granted but there are good, professional tow companies... and there are predatory tow companies like these guys appear to be. Like anything in life, i was hesitant to assume anything thus i pulled the reviews to see how they interact with non celebs as well.

Imagine the video if this company illegally towed jarheadjim or one of his family or friends?!
