I thought Big Spoon was a senior.
Not confident in Miller at C. Hopefully Stewart takes a big step in the off season or Hawn (sp). They said he can play multiple positions.
Dline we get Perry back. Some of the freshman have been get time. David O is back. But yes we need to hit the portal on Dline.
Hopefully lb and secondary takes another step forward.
If wr comes back we should be good. RB may grab 1 from the portal.

Offensive line and defensive line and maybe a quarterback are all we need. Getting Calvin Russell made everyone feel good but when the quarterback has no time to scan the field we could have Randy Moss himself out there and he wouldn’t make much of a difference.

Also, based on the abilities of this past years O line portal additions, Fran needs help with O line talent evaluation and coaching. Austin Collins is a good player but I wonder how many Nil dollars were spent on the rest, who have not impressed. Big guys do not always beat up smaller guys. Fran would have passed on Justin Pugh.

NFL or portal? His side or Syracuse or mutual driving this? Just interesting because he is having success for the first time in his college career here. I’m just not sure why he would want to mess with that at another school again if the Syracuse staff wants him to stay.

I would imagine him and Gill would want some assurance that Angeli will be completely healthy. Also, I can't imagine Calvin Russell will sit. He seems like a starter from day one like Samuels was this year.

Steve will be fine. We will bring in a QB, load up on DL and LB. Spend on a pass rusher and fill 2nds with this year's youth and incoming frosh.
I think that 39 is going to be RB 2.
I also believe that Steve with this wr room has a chance to finish in the top 10 in passing. IF we can land two stud interior DL and one good pass rusher we have a solid chance to make a run.

What’s wrong with the OL? I also like the LB position as well.

WRs will be loaded, but we’ll definitely need a running back if Willis leaves. We should also look at a portal QB, even though Steve is expected to be ready by spring ball. The offensive line could use some depth, though the 2026 recruits coming in will create competition. At linebacker, I love the starters, but we could use some depth. The safety position will be depleted, while the cornerbacks should be well-stocked. Finally, we need to rebuild the defensive line with both pass rushers and run-stoppers.

One thing to keep in mind the 2025 class has plenty of OL AND DL in it and we will have a lot of young redshirt freshmen at that position.
