We are really bad at winning close games since the start of last season

4-9 in games decided by five points or less. And yes I counted the St. Johns overtime game earlier this season.

I looked this up because it has felt like we lose most games when they are close late due to terrible execution and the record backs it up.

Having an actual PG matters.

I consider it a close game. We had two possessions to win or tie and both were awful. We got away from what got us close which was Judah going to the basket.

In end of half or end of game situations it often seems to devolve into a turnover or long 3 attempt.

Would love to see our plus/minus the last minute of the first half over the past 5 seasons or so. It has to be really bad.

Combination of poor play design and of course lack of executing by players. Hard to determine which is the main factor since it happens simultaneously at times.

Used to be a strength of ours. When we had better players.
