and Jerami, after his 6/15 start, is looking like a 75 to 80 percent guy himself - .736 over the last 3 games now. Even DC has hit 7 of his last 10. If JG and DC can maintain that, it will be huge, as they both draw a lot of fouls.

The announcer's were talking about the soft rims at Lahaina. Not sure how much that has to do with the % although a few shots definitely went in cause of that. If that's the real reason for the high % you would think other venues would take advantage of that. Especially for a team that is going to go to the Free Three line a lot.

Unfortunately soft rims do help a ton.

That said I'll take the numbers they're putting up from the line as a positive and hope they use it as confidence and keep the great shooting going.

Yeah, but why do you say unfortunately. If it was that great of an advantage wouldn't more schools "adjust" their rims to their benefit.

I say unfortunately because as bad as I want the current trend to continue with the free throw shooting it won't. I would have unrealistic expectations.
