Fran Brown is our HC. He has explicitly said that he is on a ten year plan, and then he will retire. He also said he's not going anywhere because he already makes enough money here.

Imagine that he sticks to his word, and I believe he will, yet the entire time you never enjoyed it as much as you could have because of this fear. Live in the moment.
